利用“学术讲座”提高高校学报质量的实践

Practice of improving university journal quality through academic lectures

参听“学术讲座”可作为提高编辑综合素质的现实途径;“学术讲座”可为学报的组稿、约稿工作提供重要渠道;“学术讲座”是学报编辑接触创新学术观点的理想场所;通过与“学术讲座”专家的交流可拓宽学报的办刊思路。利用“学术讲座”提高学报质量时编辑应该注意以下3个问题:一是要为参听报告做好必要的准备,二是要严肃认真地对待专家稿件,三是要掌握与专家交往、交流的艺术。

Attendance of academic lectures can be taken as the best approach to improving the editors＇ comprehensive quality. It can provide an important channel for soliciting contributions. It is also the actual place for the editors＇ to obtain the creative academic theories. Through the exchange with the lecturers the thoughts of publishing journal can be enlarged. The editors should focus on the following questions when attending the lectures： the necessary preparation, the strict treatment to the experts＇ papers, and the skill of exchanging opinions with others.
