摘要
合成了新型蓝色光致发光材料Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Ce(3+),并对其进行了光谱测试.分析了Ce(3+)在Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2晶体中应占据的晶体学格位.测试结果表明,在紫外光激发下,Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Ce(3+)的发射光谱为一峰位在410nm~425nm之间的宽谱带,经分析确认作为发光中心的Ce(3+)占据Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2晶体中多面体八配位的Ca(Ⅱ)格位.
A new kind of blue luminescence materials Ca,Mg(SiO.).CI,: Ce3+ has been synthesized.The spectra of the new phosphor have been determined. On the basis of analysing the excitation and emission spectra, the crystallographic sites of Ce3+ in Ca,Mg(SiO.).CI, crystal is discussed. The results of the mesurement indicate that the emssion spectra of Ca,Mg(SiO.).CI,: Ce3+ are single broad bands under the excitation of UV light. All these peak-positions are in 410 'm ̄425 urn.We analysed the crystal structure of Ca,Mg(SiO.).CI,, obtaining the conclusion that the luminescence centers Ce3+ occupy the sites of Ca(I )-- a polyhedral site surrounded by six oxygen and two chlorine atoms in Ca,Mg(SiO.).CI,.
