In this paper,the moment complete convergence for sums of a sequence of NA random variables is discussed,and the sufficient and necessary condition for moment complete convergence of a NA sequence is obtained under certain conditions. This result shows the equivalent relationship between the rates of moment convergence and the moment condition of random variables. This result is consistent with that for a sequence of independent random variables.
