摘要
采用电压箝和膜片箝技术,观测河北河鲍毒素对神经和肌肉细胞的电生理效应,并与日本河鲍毒素进行比较。结果表明:阻断钠电流的ED50的河北河鲍毒素浓度是3.68nmol/L,对钠电流阻断的回复率为75%~92%;阻断钠电ED50的日本河鲍毒素浓度是4.1nmol/L,对钠电流阻断的回复率为70%~80%。河北河鲍毒素比日本河鲍毒素的有效性和可逆性约高10%。
The voltage clamp and patch clamp techniques were used to measure the electrophysiological effects of Hebei tetrodotoxin (TTX) on nerve and muscle cells, and the comparison between electrophysiological effects of Hebei TTX and Japan TTX was made. It is shown from the comparison results that ED50 of Hebei TTX for blocking Na^+ current is 3.68 nmol/L, its rate of recovery for blocking Na^+ current is 75 % to 92 %; ED50 of Japan TTX for blocking Na^+ current is 4. 1 nmol/L, and its rate of recovery is 70 % to 80 %. Therefore, the efficiency and reversibility of Hebei TTX are about 10 % higher than those of Japan TTX.
