Preliminary Study on Chinese Railway Disaster Reduction Management

针对我国铁路“自然－技术灾害”严重，减灾任务繁重的实际，提出以铁路灾情研究、铁路减灾在社会再生产中的科学定位，铁路减灾资金的筹集与管理、铁路减灾的决策分析与规划、铁路减灾的组织与结构。

The research of Chinese railway disaster reduction management is based on the fact that the “nature technology disaster ” is serious and the task of disaster reduction is heavy, the content of research put forward in this paper includes: the study on railway disaster reduction situation; the study on scientific orientation of railway disaster reduction in social reproduction; the study on raise and management of cash for railway disaster reduction; the study on decision-making and programming of railway disaster reduction ; the study on organization and structure of railway disaster reduction; the study on evaluation of railway disaster reduction.
