铁路机务乘务员作业稳定性与行车安全关系的研究

On Relation Between Performance Stability of Crewman and Safety Driving

采用国际通用的概率抽样法（ＰＰＳ，对６个铁路局４２个机务段１２７８名机车乘务员进行了作业稳定性的综合统计分析，得出了我国铁路机车乘务员的作业稳定性的一般规律．研究表明，行车安全与机车乘务员的作业稳定性有很大的相关性，在今后的机车乘力员的选拔、培训、训练中必须加强作业稳定性的考核，以确保铁路的行车安全．

The performance stability of 1278 crewmen distributed in 42 locomotive depot of 6 railroad bureau were tested by PPS commonly used on an international basis. From the statistical results, the general law about the crewman in our country was obtained. The results show the performance stability of the crewman is closely correlative with the safety driving. It is suggected that in order to ensure the safety driving the performance stability of crewman should be emphasized when the crewman is selected and trained.
