摘要
胆红素光敏反应对腹水型肝癌细胞(HepA)DNA合成具有明显的抑制作用,对DNA分子具有明显的降解作用,降解作用随胆红素浓度的增加、照光时间的延长而加剧.避光组细胞DNA分子也有一定的降解。
The Photosensitization of bilirubin canld significantly inhibit the DNA synthesis and degrade the DNA molecules of ascitic hepatoma (Hep A)cells. The degradation of DNA molecules depend on the concentration of bilirubin and the length of irradation time. However, even in the dark group DNA molecules still degraded, but the degree of degradation in the illuminated group was much higher than that of the dark group.
