保证顾客的汽车在路上行驶极为重要。当需要更换零件时,必须立即将合适的零件送到。但这必须与对库存及成本的严格控制相平衡。汽车工业要想更有效地管理次级市场,就必须变得更为创新。物流的一个挑战就是要确定零件的类型、数量和可利用性,以及在什么时候,什么地点需要这些零件。
Keeping your customers'cars on the road is vital.When parts need replacing the right parts must be delivered promptly.but this must be balanced with strict controls on inventories and costs.The car industry has had to become more innovatiove to manage aftermarket logistics efficiently.Determining the type,quantity and availability of parts,together with when and where they are needed is a logistical challenge.
