摘要
文章介绍了在火炮身管内膛加工中,应用激光准直原理和光三角测径原理对火炮内膛直线度和形廓进行实时自动检测的光电技术和设备。该设备的测量误差小于0.005mm,实时检测结果可由计算机屏幕显示,并可由打印机记录输出。
The photoelectric technology and equipment are introduced in process of the cannon barrel.The principles of laser collimation and optical triangulation are used for measuring of detecting with real-time,automatically the linearity and contour of the bore in the cannon barrel. The measuring error of this equipment Is less than 0.005 mm, the measuring results can be displayed on the screen of computer,and be printed out by the printer.
