摘要
本论文研究了高苜蓿粉日粮中添加纤维素复合酶对肉仔鸡生产性能、胴体品质、饲料利用率等常规指标的影响。饲养试验采用21日龄的艾维因肉仔鸡(公母比1:1)80只,分为2个处理,每个处理四个重复,每个重复10只鸡。处理Ⅰ为对照,处理Ⅱ添加0.01%的纤维素复合酶。试验期22-42日龄。屠宰试验在42日龄进行,每处理组选4只鸡(公母比1:1)。代谢试验选42日龄雄性肉仔鸡20只,分为2个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复1只鸡。试验结果表明:试验组比对照组平均日增重、日采食量、皮肤颜色和胫颜色级别分别提高了5.05%、3.41%、0.7和1.25;腹脂率降低了0.67个百分点;能量的表观代谢率、粗蛋白的表观消化率均有所提高,但组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding cellulose complex enzyme into high alfalfa meal broiler dietary on production performance, slaughter quality of broiler, energy utilization and available digestibility (AD) of crude protein(CP). 22 - day - old AA broilers were divided into two treatments and four replicates in each feeding. The treatment Ⅰ ,Ⅱ were fed 6% alfalfa meal and 6% alfalfa meal with cellulose complex enzyme of 0.01%. 42 -day -old AA broilers were divided into two treatments of four replicates in each experiment of digestibility. The results showed : The broiler average daily gain,Average daily feed intake,skin and shank color of the treatment Ⅱ were increased 5.05% ,3. 41% ,0.7 and 1.25 than treatment Ⅰ, Abdomen fat ratio of treatment Ⅱ decreased 0.67% than treatment Ⅰ. Cellulose complex enzyme might improve energy utilization and ADCP, but there was no significant difference between each treatment (P〉0.05).
