摘要
本文从亚健康概念的提出以及亚健康状态的身体症状,分析造成人体亚健康状态的原因。过度疲劳造成的精力,体力透支,人的自然衰老,现代身心疾病,如心脑血管疾病,肿瘤等疾病的前期,人体生物周期中的低潮时期,剧烈运动导致的亚健康状态。我国的民族传统体育所具有的预防疾病、延年益寿的独特功能对人体亚健康状态有很好的治疗作用。本文并提出了中老年人参加健身运动应掌握适宜的运动负荷以及如何控制运动强度的方法。
This article analyses the causes of sub - healthy conditions on the bases of its concept and body symptoms. Physical and mental exhaustion, decrepit, modem physical and mental illnesses such as diseases related to heart or cerebral vessels, early tumors, the low ebb period of body biological clocks and violent sports can cause sub - healthy conditions. Our traditional national sports have the special function of preventing disease and prolonging life, which may alsoloe helpful to cure people of this sub - healthy conditions. Some suggestions are also put forward to the elderly people on how to control sports load and intensity.
