摘要
文中研制了一个适用于弹载毫米波探测器结构的Ka波段倍频器,该倍频器将厘米波信号通过三次二倍频提升到Ka波段,并获得有增益的倍频输出。采用了MMIC和HMIC,从而实现了倍频组件的耐高过载和小型化。实验结果表明,倍频放大组件完全满足设计要求。
The design of Ka-band frequency doubler applicable to millimeter-wave detector loading in missile is given in this paper. The centimeter-wave was increased to Ka-band through three stages of frequency doubler, and the output was amplified. The frequency doubler is reliable and compact, which is consisted of MMIC and HMIC. The result of test showed that the frequency doubler satisfied the design target perfectly.
