摘要
转速跟踪分析方法可以有效的用于旋转设备变速过程的振动分析,计算阶比分析方法克服了传统的转速跟踪方法硬件结构复杂、成本高、精度差的缺陷,采用软件重采样的方法实现时域采样信号到角域采样信号的转变。文中给出了采用样条插值进行计算阶比分析的完整计算步骤,为计算阶比分析的重采样过程给出了完整的可行的方案,并最后给出了该方法对航空发动机变速过程的振动分析结果。
Tracking order analysis is a useful tool for rotating machinery. Computed order tracking method overcomes the bugs of the traditional tracking order analysis that is so complex, costly and low precision. By the means of software resampling, it easily turns the time-domain vibration signal to the degree-domain vibration signal. This paper gives the integrated computing steps of the computed order tracking method based on spline data interpolation, so gives an integrated feasible scheme for the resampling process of computed order tracking method. Then the paper finally gives a result of this method applying to the aero engine's changing speed process.
