On the basis of analyzing various requirements of loading ammo, system＇s main functions and technical parameters is presented. The special computerized supervisory and control system was designed with distributed control system structure, it has the functions of data acquire, safety interlock and printing report forms. The structure of the system and the design method of software are introduced in detail. The application of the system indicates that it can provide a lot of important data for improving technics of loading ammo, which improved the essential security of the processing of loading ammo.
