摘要
研究了低模量硫化硅橡胶在-40~50℃范围内剪切性能及其与复合材料粘接性能。研究结果表明,低模量硫化硅橡胶室温下的剪切模量稳定区域在剪切应变为80%~220%之间,剪切应变在0~150%区间加载-卸载时硅橡胶剪切滞后损失为34.7%;低模量硫化硅橡胶各在-40℃和50℃下保温2h后,其剪切模量G0与室温下相近,满足-40~50℃温度范围内弹性材料使用要求;低模量硫化硅橡胶在-40℃~50℃范围内与复合材料粘接质量良好。满足粘接技术要求。
The shear property and adhesion property of the silicone rubber at - 40℃ - 50 ℃ were studied. The analysis results showed that at room temperature, the shear modulus of silicone rubber was stabilizing with the shear strain at 80 % -220 %, the shear stress lagging was 34.7 % when the silicone rubber was loaded or unloaded between the shear strain at 0 and 150% . Under 343N shear strain,the shear modulus of the silicone rubber at - 40 ℃ or at 50 ℃ was near to that at room temperature after the specimens had been preserving at -40 ℃ or at 50 ℃ for 2 hours. Furthermore,the high adhesive strength was observed in the silicone rubber with composites materials at - 4℃- 50℃ .
