摘要
以重组白介素-2(IL-2)发酵液和菌体破碎收集液为材料,根据台式离心机和管式离心机的换算公式,求得了管式离心机的校正参数,并讨论处理量对管式离心机的实际利用率和离心沉淀湿重的影响,结果表明管式离心机分离细胞破碎液的最佳处理量为1L/min,操作时间只有台式离心机的1/20;分离菌液的最佳处理量为3L/min,操作时间只有台式离心机的1/18。
According to the conversion formula of bench centrifuge and tubular centrifuge, the modified parameters of tubular centrifuge were obtained using the fermentable solution of recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2) and the cell lysis solution as materials. The effects of the capacity on the practical efficiency of tubular centrifuge and the flesh weight of sedimentation were discussed. The results showed that, when the optimum capacity of the cell lysis solution separated by tubular centrifuge was 1 L/min, its operating time was only one twentieth of that of bench centrifuge; and when the optimum capacity was 3 L/min, its operating time was about one eighteenth of that of bench centrifuge.
