摘要 基因芯片是将大量核酸片段探针以预先设计的方式固定在载坡片,尼龙膜等载体上组成密集的分子振列,能1次检测大量的目标分子。该技术是建立在杂交序列基本理论上的分了生物学技术,具有高度平行性、多样性、微型性和自动化的特点。目前,该技术在DNA测序、基因表达分析、新基因的发现、基因单核苷酸生态性(SNPS)研究、基因诊断,药物筛选中有广泛的应用前景。 Gene chip technique was a kind of new technique in biology science area. This technology is a new technique of molecule biology based on the theory of hybridization sequencing. It has outstanding features such as high parallel, multiplicity ,miniature and automation. By this novel approach ,not only DNA sequencing and gene expression analysis but also gene diagnose,study of gene single- nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPS) and new medicine screening can be performed.
