摘要
以固体十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,冰醋酸和正己醇为原料合成乙酸正己酯,考察了催化剂用量,反应时间,酸醇犀尔比对酯产率的影响。结果表明:催化剂用量为物料总用量的5%,反应时间为120min,酸醇摩尔比为1.4:1,反应温度为109~120℃时,产率可达82.90%。
Hexyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and hexyl alcohol with solid eetyl teimethy lammonium bromide as phase transfer catalysis. The factors influencing the yield of product were experimentally investigated. The optimum technological conditions were as follows: the amount of catalyst was 5% ,the reaction time was 120min,the mole ratio of hexyl alcohol to acetic was 1.4:1 ,the reaction temperature was 109 - 120℃ ,The yield of product eotdd reaeh 82.90%.
