用临氨基苯甲酸和环己酮为起始原料,通过环合、取代等步骤,合成盐酸他克林(化学名1,2,3,4-四氢-9-氨基吖啶盐酸盐)。经重复试验,小试工艺稳定,操作简单,反应条件温和,总收率为32%。

Starting from o - aminobenzoic acid and cyclohexanone, hydrochloride tertraline was synthesized （ 1,2,3,4 - tetrahydrogen -9 -aminoacridine hydrochloride）. Duplicate tests proved the technology stable,the operation simple and the condition mild,with an overall gield of 32%.
