摘要
BPR理论自提出后,很多企业开始了如火如荼的流程再造,可是一方面虽然流程再造可以给企业带来巨大变革,不仅提高了生产速度,还大大节约了成本,减少浪费;另一方面,并不是所有的企业都能再造成功,流程再造在实施方面还存在一些弱势地方,比如观念再造、战略使命的定义、项目安排和绩效考核都不完善,笔者提出几点建议确保BPR的有效实施。
Since the theory of BPR was advanced, many enterprises mobilize all positive factors to start a movement of business process reengineering. Meanwhile, on one hand, BPR can bring good results such as improving the manufactory speed ,saving the cost and reducing the waste, on the other hand ,not all the enterprises can success in BPR , there are some weak factors in BPR, such as concept change ,the definition of strategic objective ,the imperfect of item apartment and achievement examine, under this situation, some advices be suggested that make sure the BPR can put into effect.
