The development situation of the collective shipbuilding enterprises in Taizhou is analyzed. In light of the problems restricting development of shipbuilding industry, such as lack of qualified personnel and capital investment, bad consciousness of safe production and quality assurance, the handle methods and improve measures are given to catch attention of the corresponding department, to reach an agreement and community, so as to form the collective shipbuilding industry base.
