摘要
综合考虑定性和定量两类目标,本文提出一种模糊多目标群决策方法。决策人用语言变量评价权系数和定性目标,对定量目标进行相应的无量纲化处理。经集结确定各决策人各方案的模糊评价指标,用乐观指标法确定各决策人各方案的排序指标。用平均值法集结各决策人的排序指标。用平均值法集结各决策人的排序指标,并确定群体对各方案的排序。
A fuzzy decision-making method of multi-objective group is presented,in which the qualitative and quantitative objects are synthetically considered. The qualitative objects and weight coefficients are evaluated by each decision-maker with linguistic variables. The quantitative objects are converted into proper dimensionless indexes.Through aggregation, the fuzzy evaluation indexes of each alternative of decision-makers are determined with the method of index of optimism, which are aggregated into group's indexes of every alternatives with the mean value method. Then the sequence of the alternatives is determined.
