摘要
对120型空气制动机的现状进行了分析,提出通过优化120阀的部分结构,提高橡胶件及与之配套的润滑材料的耐油、耐寒、耐久性能和阀体部件的防尘、防蚀性能,完全可以提高120型空气制动机的可靠性,大大延长其检修周期。
The present conditions of 120 air brakes are analyzed.It is put forward that by optimizing part of structure of the 120 valve,the oil resis-(tant),cold temperature resistant and endurance quality as well as the dust-proof and anti-corrosion perfor-(mances) of the rubber parts and the assorting lubrication materials can be improved,the reliability of 120 air brakes can be completely enhanced,so as to greatly prolong its inspection and repair period.
