摘要
目的提高小儿布-加综合征(Budd-ChiariSyndrome,BCS)的治愈率,预防并发症的发生。方法总结25例小儿BCS的外科治疗与护理。选择合适的治疗方法,术前给予心理支持和术前充分准备,术后严密地监测生命体征的变化,做好出院健康指导。结果25例小儿BCS围手术期无并发症出现,均痊愈出院。结论及时、全方位的护理是手术成功的重要保障。
Objective To elevate the healing rate of Budd-Chiari Syndrome in children and prevent the occurrence of complications. Methods To summarize the surgical therapy and nursing of Budd-Chiari Syndrome in children with the clinical data of 25 cases to choose suitable treatment method, give psychological support and sufficient preparation preoperatively; rigorously monitor the change of life signs postoperatively and give patients health guidance before they were discharged. Results All the 25 cases had been healed without complications perioperatively. Conclusion The prompt and omnibearing nursing is an important safeguard to the success of operation.
