摘要
在CCD动态目标的检测中,CCD驱动电路的设计是其应用的关键技术之一。本文以日本东芝公司近年来推出的高速CCD芯片TCD1209D为例,针对其对驱动时序的要求,设计了一个高速CCD驱动电路,并在MAX+PLUSⅡ开发环境下进行了编译、波形仿真及功能校验。仿真通过后用MAX+PLUSⅡ提供的编程器将程序下载到CPLD中,经过相关测试可以得到预期的CCD驱动脉冲信号。
On CCD detection of dynamic objective, the design of CCD driving circuit is a key technology in its application. In this paper, taking the CCD named TCD1209D produced by TOSHIBA company recently for example, a driving circuit for this high speed CCD, whose exposure time can be controlled, has been designed and compiled, simulated, checked in MAX+PLUSⅡ development environment, according to the need of its driving schedules. After finishing the simulation, the program is fitted into the CPLD products by using the compile of MAX+PLUS Ⅱ, which experiments show that the expected CCD driving plus signals can be get.
