摘要 目的:总结尘肺病影像学诊断方法的现状、进展,并进行展望。方法:查阅国内外大量有关文献。结果与结论:目前国内外多采用胸部高千伏X线摄片用于尘肺的诊断;近年来数字化放射影像技术发展迅速,有望取代胸部高千伏X线摄片;CT在单纯尘肺的诊断上并不优于X射线胸片,但对大阴影,胸膜改变及合并肺气肿的检出率明显高于X射线胸片。胸部X射线平片与CT互相结合,互为补充,使尘肺病的影像学诊断更加有效、准确。 Objective:To summarize the current situation and progress in diagnostic methods of imaging in pneumoconiosis. Methods: Looking up related articles home and abroad. Results and Conclusions: Chest high/KV X - ray is prior in diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Digital radiologiocal technology devebped rapidly in recent years and was desired to superside X- ray. The detection rate of shadow, change in pleura and plumonary emphysema was higher in CT imaging. X- ray combined with CT is effective and accurate in diagnosis of pneumoconisis.
