非小细胞肺癌放射治疗的健康教育

Health Education for Patients with Non-small Cell Cancer Treated by Radiotherapy

目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者放射治疗健康教育效果。方法:采用专题小组讲座和个人访谈的形式对268名已知病情的非小细胞肺癌患者进行健康教育。结果:教育后1周患者单题答对率和综合知识明显高于教育前,全部患者完成放射治疗计划。结论:健康教育活动深受患者欢迎,可以提高患者的相关知识水平,提高患者对放射治疗的依从性。

Objective：To study the ettect ot neaim education for patients with non-small cell cancer treated by radiotherapy. Method ：Health education were done for 268 patients who had known they suffered from nonsmall cell cancer by using group discussion and in- depth interview. Results：The correct answer rates and general knowledge score of the patients in post- education questionnaire survey were significantly higher those in pre -education questionnaire survey. Conclusion：The health education is well accepted by the patients and can increase the level of knowledge of the patients above disease and can increase the compliance for radiotherapy.
