摘要
为了减少多品种少批量大链轮在大型专用链轮机床的加工费用和订货时间,可采用大型普通的数控铣床加工大链轮。链轮数控加工首先要使齿形数字化,即完成圆弧(直线)起点、终点、圆心等关键点的坐标和圆弧半径的数值计算,然后就可以进行加工编程和数控加工。以加工实例探讨了一般链轮齿形数字化与数控加工方法。齿形数字化的关键是相交圆的交点坐标,用一般的数学方法求解比较困难,费时、用VB语言或C语言编程的数值计算求解方便。
To decrease process charge,we can use the big CNC milling machine instead of the big sprocket making and finishing machine for machining a variety of and the small quantity-big sprocket.It is first digitized,and coordinates numerical calculation of radii and key-point,for example jumping-off and endpoint of arc and direct line and the center of circle etc.Then processing program is planed and it is processed.Digitalization and NC machining of big sprocket tooth profile is discussed.The key of tooth profile digitalization is the special method by which coordinate calculation of intersection of two-circle would be calculated,and it is difficult and taking time with the general math-method.It is convenient to program for numerical calculation with VB or C language.
