摘要
以TiCl4为原料,低于100℃条件下制备了锐钛矿型纳米TiO2溶胶。通过XRD测试和对甲基橙和亚甲基兰的光催化降解试验,考察了TiO2溶胶制备过程中各因素对TiO2内部结构和性能的影响,进而选出最佳的制备条件。通过光催化降解品红试验和对馒头片的抗菌试验检验了此条件下制备的TiO2溶胶具有良好的光催化活性。
Nano-TiO2 was prepared with TiCl4 as raw material and temperature below 100℃. The effect of various factors on internal structure and performance of TiO2 was investigated through XRD and photocatalytic degradation test of methylene blue solution. The optimal conditions for preparation were also analyzed.
