摘要
研究了麻栎叶β-胡萝卜素的提取工艺。麻栎叶的最适干燥温度为80℃,宜避光保存,可选用体积比为6:4的石油醚乙醇混合溶液为浸提剂;原料粒度、料液比、浸提时间对提取存在极显著的影响,影响大小次序为粒度〉料液比〉浸提时间;在最佳提取工艺条件下,即原料粒度为80~60目、料液比为1:50(m:V)、浸提温度为55℃、浸提时间为1.5h,浸提2次,可以达到很好的浸提效果,β-胡萝卜素抽出率为93.3%.
The extraction process of β-carotene in leaves of Quercus acutissima was investigated, The Quercus acutissima leaves should be dryed at 80 ℃, the leaves powder of Quereus acutissima be conserved at clark place, and the mixture solution of petroleum ether and 95% ethylaleohol (6 : 4,V/V) may be used as extraetant. The optimum extracting conditions of β-carotene in Quercus aeutissima leaves were investigated. The results showed that 80 - 60 mesh leaves powder, extractant volume (mL) :dryed Quercus aeutissima leaves weight (g) is 50 : 1, 25 - 55 ℃, 1.5 h, extraction for 2 times were optimal. The average recovery of β-carotene was 93.3%.
