猪卵泡闭锁期间凋亡因子对颗粒细胞的影响
摘要
在哺乳动物卵巢中,约有99%的卵泡经历一个“闭锁”的退化过程,在卵泡发育期间仅有少数发育、排卵。多数未知的分子机制(包括细胞死亡配体-受体系统)是控制哺乳动物闭锁卵泡上颗粒细胞凋亡的主要因素,在猪卵巢颗粒细胞的报道中至少有5种细胞死亡配体-受体系统。文章阐述了猪卵泡闭锁期间凋亡因子对颗粒细胞的影响。
