摘要
本文讲述了一种无创伤新生儿经皮胆红素监侧仪(TCB)的原理和设计。该TCB采用双波长测量新生儿皮下反射的方法,获得和血胆红素值相关性较高的经皮胆红素值。经临床试用证明本TCB样机可无创伤、简便、有效地应用于新生儿黄疸患儿的监护和筛选。
The theory,design and instrumentation of an infant transcutaneous bilirubin monitor(TCB are presented.The two wavelenghs of light'S absorbance at 460 and were measured.Application results in the clinic showed that there is a close correlation between the TCB indice and the bilirubin values.A high degree of reproducibility was also demonstrated.The TCB is a noninvasive,simple and convenient monitoring and screening device for neonatal jaundice.
