摘要
本文介绍一种新型肢体阻抗生物反馈仪。该仪器应用四电极法从人体检测出肢体阻抗血流图,应用MCS-51单片机对每一个心动周期实时计算出变动阻抗峰峰值ΔZpp和心动周期时间T。用ΔZpp和T控制一组视觉和听觉反馈信号。患者根据视听觉反馈信号的变化进行生物反馈训练,可以调节自身心血管系统的功能。初步临床表明,应用肢体阻抗生物反馈仪可使Zpp和T向预期方向变化,对原发性高血压患者有降压作用。
This paper introduces a new kind of limb impedance plethysmography biofeedback instru ment.The instrument detects impedance plethysmography in human limbs and calculates ΔZpp and T with a MCS-51 single-chip-computer system.A group of visual and audio signals are used to indicate the change of ΔZpp and T.According to the visual and audio feedback signals,the patients can be trained to regulate he function of their cardiovascular system,Initial clinical test shows that the Zpp and T can be changed as desired by hypertensive patients and their blood pressure can be reduced.
