关于人造板握螺钉力测试方法的验证试验 被引量:5

摘要 在GB/T17657—1999《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》允许的公差范围内,对其握螺钉力测试方法进行验证试验。通过分析由于钻头直径公差、拧入深度公差和螺钉尺寸公差过大以及拧钉操作不同造成测试结果的明显差异,提出修改握螺钉力测试方法的建议。 An experiment was made to verify the test method of evaluating screw holding capability of wood-based panels specified in Standard GB/T 17657 - 1999. Analysis showed that the resulting data of screw holding capability vary significantly because too wide tolerances of drill diameter, screw size and screwing depth are defined and no proper ways for the screwing operation are indicated in the standard. In conclusion, corresponding suggestions on improving the test method are presented.
