田径专修课教学模式构建与实验研究

Research And Construction Of Required Course Teaching Mode In Track And Field Major

采用文献、调查和教学实验等方法,在体育教育专业田径专修课教学中,构建体育运动技能和体育智力技能合二为一的“体智式”教学模式,并进行教学实验。结果显示:建立了系统的培养学生教学目标体系、四段式与课内外一体化灵活、开放式的教学操作和客观性、科学性评价等新的模式框架内容;树立学生实现教学目标意识,发挥学生主体作用,培养学生学习、教学、训练、评价、科研、创新等综合能力。

With the methods of investigation and teaching experiment, the study directs at constructing the teaching mode combining physical skills with ph.vsical intellectual skills and tests it in teaching. The results indicates that the teaching mode can build up a target - oriented system for training students; flexible open oper- ation with the combination of four- perioded mode and in- and- out class integration; new framework of scientific objective evaluation. The mode concurrently helps develop students＇ consciousness of achieving teaching objective and all - round abilities of learning, training, evaluating, researching, creating; gets students actively involved in teaching.
