摘要
人事档案管理是单位人事管理的重要组成部分。在深化改革的今天,对档案的管理工作提出了新的和更高的要求。本文针对在人事档案整理工作中出现的问题,从几个方面分析了人事档案缺失的原因,目的在于进一步做好人事档案管理工作,以适应经济社会发展的需要。
Personnel file management is an important part in personnel management. Under the present deepened reform, higher demand is put forward to the file management. The article directed against the problems found in the file management, analyzes the cause of personnel missing , aiming to further strengthen personnel file management , and to adapt to the need of the development of economic society.
