积极夯实社会主义新农村建设的基础——谈扎实推进全市“村务公开”民主管理工作

Constructing Foundation of“Build Socialist New Countryside”——To Expound and Prove for“the Democratic Management of Village Affairs”

建设社会主义新农村,其基础任务之一就是推进和加强乡村的民主管理。同时,“村务公开”的推广也是社会主义民主法制建设的一项重要举措。此项工作法律依据充分,中央、省、市领导高度重视,群众大为欢迎。在我市推开以后,由于措施得力,工作扎实,检查督导及时,已经取得了明显成效。本文在介绍经验、做法的同时,也探讨了“长效机制”建设的各相关问题。

Building a new socialist rural area, one of its important tasks is to push forward rural democracy and the legal system. The aim of ＂publicizing the village affairs＂ is to promote and strengthen democratic management of the village. This work is full of legal basis, the central, provincial, and municipal leaders attach great importance to it and it is greatly welcomed by the masses. In our work of spreading it, due to effective measures, solid work, inspection and supervision in a timely manner, we have achieved remarkable success. This paper not only introduces the work experiences and practices, but also explores the building of ＂Long-teim mechanism＂ and its related issues.
