针对某一轨道式飞行卫星通信跟踪系统，采用本文设计的极大值法，能使地面（或海面）雷达方便地对卫星实现搜索和跟踪。系统实施简单、经济，该方案不仅适用于通信跟踪系统，还适用于其它对跟踪要求不太高的系统。
