From Technology Abuse to Technology Rationalization:Technology abuse is the essential cause to the maladjustment between man and nature in the present world. Essentially, technology is based on society. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate technology abuse, promote the rationalization of technology and realize the harmonious development between man and nature by way of establishing well-schemed social norms and mechanisms of technological activities.
