摘要
城市交通适应性是指城市交通系统内部各个方面与其相应需求之间的相互协调一致,持续发展的能力。城市交通系统是一个多目标的复杂系统,本文从建设、运营、管理和服务四个角度构建评价指标体系。采用层次分析法确定准则层和各单项指标的权重,通过广义函数法对各评价指标进行无量纲化来确定单个指标的评价值,最后根据各指标的评价值及其权重确定城市交通适应性评价值。本文选取西安市进行实例分析。
Urban traffic adaptability means the coordination of urban traffic system supply with demand, and the sustainable development ability of itself. The urban traffic system is a multi-objective and complex system, this article choose the evaluation index from four aspects, such as construction, working, management and service. This article using AHP to determine the weighting of index, using generalized function to nondimensionalize the value of index, then calcalute the systematic evaluation index.This article take Xi'an city as an example.
