论现代企业经济性与伦理性的本质统一

On Essential Unity of Modern Enterprise's Economy and Ethic

企业的经济性与伦理性在本质上是高度统一的,不能只看到其经济性而不见其伦理性。本文拟从现代企业中存在的经济关系与伦理关系、经济目标与伦理目标、经济信用与伦理信用这三方面的内在统一来阐明企业具有二重性,是经济性与伦理性的统一。

Enterprise＇s economy and ethic are highly and essentially unified so that we cannot only consider its economy but does not consider its ethics. This article discusses that enterprises have duality through the intrinsic unify in three aspects of the economical relationship and the ethical relationship which exist in the modem enterprise, the economic target and the ethical goal, the economical credit and the ethical credit. The duality is unification of economy and ethic.
