Development of Political Instructor Group in Colleges and Universities

近年来,高校辅导员队伍面临着不少困境,原因是多方面的。本文调查列举了影响高校辅导员队伍战斗力的一些因素,分析了其形成的原因,并提出了加强高校辅导员队伍建设的相应对策。

Political instructor group is the backbone and main force of college students＇ political education. Therefore, the development of the group must be emphasized in order to improve their whole quality and ability for the improvement of political education in the colleges. Recently, there are many difficulties before the political instructors. The reasons causing difficulties are different. The article discussed some factors affecting the development of the group. Meanwhile, it analyzes the reasons and tables the proposal for developing the group.
