摘要
西北古代的农田水利,有两个投资源支撑着两种类型的开发:一是私人投资的经济型开发,一是国家投资的军事型开发。两类开发的目的、力度和持续性各不相同,客观效果差别很大,但都为我们积累了丰富的水资源开发的历史经验。
Irrigation and water conservancy in northwest areas of ancient times had two types of investment： One was private investment, the other was state investment. Their investment aims, investment amount and continuity were different, and the objective results were also different. However, they both provided us historical experience for developing irrigation and water conservancy.
