加入WTO后我国引进外商直接投资的风险防范

On Prevention of Risks in Introducing FDI after China's Entry of WTO

改革开放20多年来,外商直接投资已经成为促进我国经济持续增长的重要因素。但同时直接投资也给东道国带来一定的风险。加入WTO后,随着我国市场进一步的对外开放,外商直接投资将呈现新的趋势,在引进外商直接投资的过程中也将会面临新的风险。在此基础上,本文提出了规避风险的一些针对性的防范措施和建议,以使外资更好地为国民经济服务。

In the past over twenty years of reform and open up, foreign direct investment has already become the important factor of accelerating the sustainable growth of China＇ s economy. However, the direct investment also brings certain risk to the host country in the meantime. Along with China＇ s further opening to the outside world after entering the WTO, and the new trend of foreign direct investment, new risk will appear in the course of introducing investment. On this basis, this paper proposes some suggestions and countermeasures on avoiding risk, so as to make foreign capital do a better service for the national economy.
