摘要
从理论的角度提出了企业安全生产应树立“以人为本”的理念,并结合工作实际和企业安全管理的现状,与同行探讨企业在安全生产实际工作中应如何做到“以人为本”。
The concept of human-oriented is presented for the safe production of enterprises from theore￣tic point of view. How to realize the concept of human-oriented in practical safe production is also discussed based on the practical situation and the status of enterprise safety management.
