摘要 论述了预防污染目标的重要性和特性,讨论了预防污染目标确定的准则,以及确定预防污染目标值应考虑的几个依据。 The importance and characteristics of pollution prevention (P2) target are expounded, the criteria of P2 target determination are discussed, and several bases of P2 target determination are given.
