摘要
当前我国高等学校人力资源管理工作成绩不小.但问题也不少。要进一步提高高校人力资源管理水平,就必须着力构建高校人力资源管理新机制:构建高校内部相对完善的岗位序列体系;构建具有竞争力的薪酬体系;构建符合高校特点的绩效考核体系。
At present, there exist both achievements and problems in the human resources management in college. To enhance the efficiency of the human resources management, new human resources management system must be established. It includes the relatively well-organized system of rankings and posts, the competitive salary system, and the efficient assessment system suitable for college.
