摘要
被工业污染的开泰河对沿岸居民健康状况的影响及水样的致突变性调查表明:在被污染的水源中有超剂量的重金属镉、砷、锶、汞、铬及有机磷酯类等。河水污染越严重,患恶性肿瘤的死亡率越高。小鼠骨髓染色体畸变率实验表明,河水污染程度越高,异常细胞率及染色体畸变率越高(P<0.01)。
This article reported the mutagenicity of water sample of the Kaitai River,an industrial polluted tributary of the Qinhuai River,and its strong influence on the inhabitants along the bank.The investigation showed:The polluted headwaters contained overdose of heavy matels,including Cd,As,Sr,Cr and organic phosphatide ,etc.The more seriously the river is polluted,the higher the death rate of people who died of malignant tumour was.By making an experiment of determining the chromosome distortion rate in a rats marrow,we found that the more serious the river pollution was ,the higher the cell abnormality rate and the chromosome distortion rate were(P<0.01).So,we can come to a tentative conclusion:The Kaitai River water had a very strong mutagenicity.
