摘要
采用XAD-2树脂吸附富集法应用Ames试验对石油化工废水及其污染地下深井水中非挥发性混合有机污染物的致突变性进行了检测研究。结果表明,废水及其污染地下深井水对TA98均有较强的致突变作用,不加S9时突变性更强。由此可见。
e used the Ames test to study the mutagenicity of the unvaporate mixed organicpollutants which were extracted from petrochemical waste water and the polluted deep ground water with the method of XAD 2 nesin absorbing concentration.The results showed that petrochemical waste water and the polluted deep ground water all had significant mutagenicity on TA98.When S9 is not added,the mutagenicity was more significant.So We drew the condusion that the deep ground water in the area where petrochcmical waste water is drained had been polluted.
