青海省人群膳食硒摄入量与血硒含量关系的调查分析 被引量:6

Investigation and Analysis on the Relationship between Blood Selenium Content and Food Selenium Intake among People in Qinghai Province

摘要 采用分层整群随机抽样方式,在占青海省总人口75.56%的23个县(区)中,开展人群膳食硒摄入量调查,并进行食物硒与血硒关系的分析。结果表明,全省人群膳食硒摄入量均值为25.90μg/日,是杨光圻提出“膳食硒适宜量50μg/日”的51.80%,是“生理需要量40μg/日”的64.75%。五类食物中肉类硒含量最高,肉、乳类食物提供的硒占总摄入量的54.56%,肉。 The method of the radom sampling of cluster stratified was used in the study,the investigation on the food selenium intake among people had been carried out in 23 countries(prefectures)of Qinghai province where 75 56 percent of the population in Qinghai had lived.The correlation between food Selenium and blood Selenium were analysed.As a result,the average food Selenium intake of the people in Qinghai province was 25 90μg/d.It was 51 8 percent of food Selenium intake amount and 64 75 percent of the Physiological Requirement suggested by Yang Guangqi.The Selenium content of meat was the highest in five kinds of food.The Selenium intake from meat and milk was 54 56 percent of the total intake.The Selenium intake from meat and milk was the major factor that effected the blod Selenium content in the body.
